The Equipment Specialist will link customers with Hastings Deering, overseeing product performance, providing technical support, and coordinating with teams to enhance parts and service growth.

As a Senior HR Business Partner, you will partner with leaders to drive performance, manage employee relations, coach leaders, and enhance workplace culture.

Design, develop and implement HSE training programs and learning resources. Conduct training needs analyses, evaluate effectiveness, manage training records in learning systems, support facilitators, and coordinate external providers to improve workforce safety capability and compliance.

Design and develop engaging learning solutions and assets (eLearning, classroom, videos, job aids) to support ERP/system implementation and business transformation. Collaborate with SMEs to create learner journeys, storyboards, and training plans, manage multiple deliverables, support readiness activities, and continuously evaluate learning effectiveness while ensuring alignment with organisational standards and branding.

Design and develop engaging learning solutions and assets (eLearning, instructor-led, guides, videos) to support ERP and business transformation. Collaborate with SMEs to analyze needs, create learner journeys and training plans, use adult learning principles and authoring tools, manage multiple deliverables, support training readiness and communications, and iterate content from feedback to align with standards and change objectives.

Lead optimisation and support of modern workplace technologies, managing Microsoft Intune and endpoint management, enterprise telephony (Teams Telephony, Cisco Webex), providing Level 3 support, driving automation and standards, producing documentation, and partnering with stakeholders and vendors to transition projects into BAU.

Support, design and optimise on‑prem and cloud infrastructure (Azure/GCP), ensure availability, performance, security and DR, automate processes, provide Level 3 support, mentor juniors, and contribute to infrastructure projects and solution design.

Develop and maintain trusted customer relationships across a defined territory to sell aftermarket parts and services. Create account and territory plans, manage the sales funnel in CRM, conduct equipment inspections to identify service opportunities, resolve parts/warranty issues, promote Caterpillar service offerings and digital platforms, monitor competitor activity, and drive initiatives to meet parts and service targets.

Partner with operational leaders to deliver compliant, practical HR solutions including performance and conduct management, coaching leaders, workforce and safety processes, talent and succession initiatives, employee engagement, and change support across dispersed teams.

Lead and improve Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Dynamics 365 and AI capabilities. Manage governance, security, vendor relationships and platform adoption while partnering with stakeholders to deliver productivity, automation and business-aligned solutions.

Provide expert compensation and rewards support across remuneration reviews, benchmarking, job evaluation, and policy development. Analyse pay data, advise leaders, maintain salary structures, manage international mobility and support continuous improvement of reward frameworks.

Provide on-site customer service and support to a major mining client: promote safety, build stakeholder relationships, centralize communications, improve fleet reliability, implement reliability systems and training, handle customer issues, and drive parts and service sales and account strategies.
