Lead design, build and optimise enterprise data platform and pipelines (Microsoft Fabric migration, AX ERP modelling, Denodo). Ensure platform performance, governance, incident management, and mentor junior/offshore engineers while driving stakeholder delivery in an agile environment.

Translate business problems into data solutions across operations, supply chain, and commercial teams. Build models and analytics tools, analyse large datasets with SQL/Python/Power BI/Excel, deliver actionable insights, work with cloud data platforms, and communicate findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders to drive continuous improvement.

The Engineering Projects and Assurance Manager will lead safety management standards, provide technical safety advice, oversee incident investigations, and drive continuous improvement initiatives across engineering operations.
