Provide administrative and operational support for parts and customer accounts, process returns and COD transactions, manage inventory and backorders, maintain cash sales and PO records, liaise with customers, suppliers and internal teams, and use internal systems (Microsoft Dynamics, PCC, ERP) to ensure efficient workflow.

Develop and maintain trusted customer relationships across a defined territory to sell aftermarket parts and services. Create account and territory plans, manage the sales funnel in CRM, conduct equipment inspections to identify service opportunities, resolve parts/warranty issues, promote Caterpillar service offerings and digital platforms, monitor competitor activity, and drive initiatives to meet parts and service targets.

The Customer Solutions Manager will drive growth in the Aftermarket business by developing solutions, executing sales/marketing strategies, and collaborating with various teams to capture opportunities and improve performance.
