Monday.com, the leading Work OS platform, is seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Specialist for Enterprise Portfolio & Project Management to join our growing Overlay Team. In this role, you'll play a pivotal role in helping our APJ Enterprise customers achieve strategic goals and manage complex portfolios through the power of Monday.com's Work OS platform. Fueling Growth and Impacting Teams Worldwide:

You'll be part of a dynamic team focused on scaling our enterprise portfolio management solutions. By leveraging your expertise in enterprise project management, sales, and industry trends, you'll showcase how Monday.com's platform can empower organizations to transform how they work.


About The Role:

  • Own the full sales cycle for our enterprise portfolio management solutions.
  • Conduct lead discovery and portfolio management-focused demos, aligning on business outcomes and highlighting best practices.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of Monday.com's solutions and connect usage directly to customer ROI.
  • Act as a product owner in an agile environment, developing strategies and coordinating cross-functional support to elevate our portfolio management offering.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends to effectively position Monday.com against alternatives and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • 8-10 years of experience in enterprise project management or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of sales experience in an Enterprise closing role at a SaaS company (Required).
  • Proven track record of successfully selling high-value solutions to C-level executives and Heads of Transformation.
  • Proven experience in up-sell and cross-sell deals (Required).
  • In-depth knowledge of agile, waterfall, and hybrid project management methodologies.
  • Strong understanding of portfolio management principles and frameworks (e.g., PPM, PRISM).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to tailor messaging to different audiences.
  • Experience with consultative selling techniques and building strong client relationships.
  • A passion for helping organizations improve their project management processes and drive organizational success.
  • Experience with work management platforms such as Monday.com is a plus.

Bonus points for:

  • Native English speaker (Required).
  • Experience in negotiating and navigating contracts and legal discussions.
  • Track record of success and overachievement.
  • Experience in navigating complex deals with multiple stakeholders, while maintaining a strong consultative selling approach.
  • Ability to effectively and consistently manage time, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Strong customer-facing and presentation skills with the ability to establish credibility with executives.
