Join Our Talent Pool – Gold Coast Hospitality Roles
 

We’re always on the lookout for hospo superstars to join our teams across the Gold Coast.
 

With summer, AFL and other major events ahead, we’re growing our teams and looking to connect with passionate hospitality professionals across our venues.

By applying, you’ll become part of our Expression of Interest (EOI) talent pool, and we’ll be in touch as soon as suitable opportunities become available across our Gold Coast venues.
 

We regularly recruit for roles such as:

  • Food & Beverage Attendants
  • Bartenders
  • Food & Beverage Runners
  • Bar Bussies
     

Our busiest times are typically Thursday to Sunday, including evenings, late nights and public holidays — so flexibility during these times is essential.
 

These are all casual opportunities.
 

You will ideally have:
  • Previous experience in a similar hospitality role (or a willingness to learn!)
  • A passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences
  • Availability to work weekends, public holidays and evening shifts, including late-night finishes
  • A positive attitude and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Great communication skills and a team-first mindset
  • Good banter and the ability to create a fun, welcoming atmosphere for guests
     
Essential Requirements
  • Current QLD RSA (required for all Front of House positions)
