What you'll be doing
  • Making a high volume of outbound customer engagements.
  • Supporting GTM with inbound customer enquiries.
  • Understanding business owners’ needs and requirements while delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to create value and achieve outstanding outcomes for Prospa and our customers.
  • Having detailed conversations with business owners to drive commercial results.
  • Exceeding key activity and performance metrics.
What you'll need to succeed
  • Customer-focused with a strong commitment to delivering excellent service.
  • Professional with a problem-solving mindset and excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in changing environments and adapt to ambiguity.
  • Detail-oriented with strong time management and organisational skills.
  • Previous experience in fast-paced, high-volume phone-based customer service or sales roles is advantageous.
  • Passionate about supporting small businesses and a strong desire to learn and develop your career in sales.
