  • Lead and execute key Employee Relations projects and initiatives, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and strategies.
  • Provide strategic insights and recommendations to the Head of Employee Relations, ER Leadership Team, and Global ER Team to support initiatives and transformations.
  • Enhance operational efficiency by identifying and implementing process improvements to increase team productivity and effectiveness.
  • Facilitate alignment between Employee Relations and stakeholders on strategies, deliverables, and objectives.
  • Develop and support the implementation of change management strategies to ensure smooth organisational transitions.
  • Foster strong relationships with senior leaders and stakeholders, to ensure Employee Relations initiatives are in harmony with broader organisational objectives.
  • Utilise data analytics to identify trends, inform decision-making, and drive evidence-based improvements.
  • Communicate regular, meaningful updates on project progress and initiatives to global stakeholders, including our senior leaders.
  • Stay informed of industry trends to inspire and implement innovative practices within the Employee Relations team.


  • Demonstrated expertise in Employee Relations and/or Human Resources, with a strong track record in project management and supporting global teams scale.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Strong project management and communication skills, with a proven ability to lead and execute initiatives successfully.
  • Advanced analytical skills for interpreting data and driving informed decision-making.
  • Proven capability to align initiatives with organisational goals and strategic priorities.
  • Extensive experience in implementing large-scale change management strategies effectively.
