About Us

At Splend, we’re on a mission to fundamentally change the way people own and operate a vehicle. With a strategic focus on Rideshare, we provide our customers straight forward, no strings attached access to vehicle ownership.

But we aren’t just about vehicle ownership; We are also fast-tracking the transition to green mobility, and we are leading the way globally in reducing the carbon footprint of the transportation sector by transitioning our fleet to electric vehicles.

  • Establish scalable measurement frameworks and playbooks to ensure consistency and quality across regions
  • Build relationships with key community groups, organisations and stakeholders
  • Share insights and learnings to continuously improve event performance and strategy
  • Guide and support the London team to ensure alignment with global standards while adapting to local market needs

What you'll bring

  • Proven experience in event marketing, experiential marketing, or partnerships (Australian market experience is essential, UK advantageous)
  • Strong strategic thinking with the ability to execute at pace, ideally having worked in a scale up wearing multiple hats
  • Experience managing end to end large scale events and activations
  • Demonstrated ability to build and nurture partnerships, particularly within community ecosystems
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing small teams
  • Data driven mindset with experience measuring event ROI and optimising performance
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
