This role sits within the APAC Clinical team and supports the region’s continued growth by delivering best-in-class educational event experiences for dental professionals and internal employees.
 
We are looking for a passionate and capable individual to help elevate Align Education to the next level. The successful candidate will support the planning and execution of a wide range of educational programmes across APAC, from webinars and virtual learning sessions to in-person conferences and large-scale regional events, based on business needs.

Role expectations
In this role, you will…

  • Support the Associate Director, Events, Asia Pacific, in delivering regional clinical education events and internal programmes across APAC, spanning webinars, conferences, customer-facing events, and live, virtual, or hybrid experiences.
  • Manage third-party webinar and event technology platforms, ensuring smooth platform operations, streamlined workflows, and effective integration with internal systems. 
  • Set up and manage events through the internal Event Management Tool in Salesforce, covering event creation, invitation management, registration set-up, attendee tracking, and related administrative workflows.
  • Enhance the event management system by improving tools, streamlining workflows, and maintaining the EMT playbook to drive operational efficiency and consistency across event processes.
  • Partner with IT and relevant stakeholders to support system testing, readiness checks, and deployment of event platforms, digital education portals, and related education systems.
  • Track, consolidate, and publish event records, attendance data, and post-event updates to support visibility and reporting.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, local market teams, external vendors, and cross-functional partners.

What we're looking for
In this role, you’ll need…

  • A bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business Management, Events Management, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in event management, preferably with exposure to regional, corporate, healthcare, or education-related events.
  • Experience using event management systems, webinar platforms, and digital event tools.
  • Strong execution skills, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across regional teams, local market counterparts, and external agencies.
  • Highly organised, with strong project coordination skills and the ability to manage events from planning through to execution.
  • Experience working across the Asia Pacific region will be an advantage.
  • Willingness to travel across APAC as required, approximately 20% of the time.
