Job Description Summary

We are seeking an organised and proactive Marketing Coordinator to join our Sydney West Logistics & Industrial Brokerage team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. Based in our Parramatta office, this role combines marketing, campaign coordination and team administration to help bring properties to market and deliver a professional client experience.
You will work closely with our brokers to coordinate marketing materials, prepare client presentations and reports, maintain campaign information and keep day-to-day activities running smoothly.

About the role

Your responsibilities will include:

• Coordinating property marketing campaigns, including collateral, campaign documentation, enquiry registers and vendor reports.
• Supporting the preparation and production of property marketing materials, presentations and client proposals.
• Assisting with LinkedIn profiles and digital content for the team.
• Maintaining accurate property, client and campaign information, and providing data and reporting support.
• Liaising with brokers, clients, vendors, legal teams and internal stakeholders to coordinate documents and campaign requirements.
• Preparing property authorities, heads of agreement and other brokerage documentation.
• Coordinating client meetings and team events, including agendas, presentations and supporting materials.
• Providing administrative support to the Head of Brokerage and the broader Sydney West team, including diary management, travel arrangements and expense reconciliation.
• Responding to enquiries promptly and professionally and handling confidential information with discretion.

About you

You enjoy a varied role where you can combine your marketing coordination skills with strong organisation and attention to detail. You will bring:

• At least two years’ experience in marketing coordination, property campaign support or a team coordination role with marketing responsibilities.
• Experience within commercial real estate or property, ideally supporting a brokerage team.
• Experience preparing marketing collateral, presentations and client-facing documents.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an eye for accuracy and consistency.
• Confidence using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• The ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• A proactive, flexible approach and confidence working with senior leaders, clients and colleagues.
• A willingness to support both marketing activities and the administrative needs of the team.
