About the Role

As the Executive Assistant – People & Culture, you will play a key role in supporting the P&C Leadership Team and contributing to the delivery of strategic initiatives across the University. Reporting to the Executive Officer & Governance Coordinator, you will provide high-level executive and administrative support, ensuring the effective coordination of meetings, events, travel, communications, and operational tasks.

This role is essential in maintaining the smooth day-to-day functioning of the P&C team. You’ll manage diaries, assist with event planning, process financial transactions, and liaise with internal and external stakeholders. Your ability to prioritise, adapt, and work collaboratively will ensure the successful delivery of projects and team priorities.

About You

 To be successful in this role, you will bring:

  • Proven experience in an executive or senior administrative support role, ideally within a complex organisation.

  • Outstanding organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise effectively.

  • High attention to detail and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

  • Proactive and adaptable, with a problem-solving mindset and a collaborative approach to work.

  • Able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

  • Experience coordinating events and managing a diverse range of administrative tasks.

  • Familiarity with finance systems and processing (e.g. purchase orders, invoice tracking) is desirable.
