Job Description

As part of TAL’s Lifebroker business, this role helps more Australians make confident decisions about protecting the people and lives they value most. Lifebroker combines digital comparison with human guidance to make life insurance simpler, clearer and more accessible, supporting TAL’s broader purpose of helping Australians protect what matters. Working closely with the GM and a connected leadership team, you’ll contribute to a fast-moving business where trust, care and customer focus shape every interaction. This is a meaningful opportunity to be part of a team that removes complexity for customers, supports informed choice and plays a direct role in helping people feel more secure about their future.

This role must be based in Melbourne.

In this role you will:

  • Enable senior leadership effectiveness through proactive executive support and coordination.
  • Coordinate Lifebroker leadership rhythms, meetings and communications to drive alignment.
  • Deliver high-quality events and forums that strengthen engagement and business connection.
  • Support strategic initiatives by coordinating priorities, documentation and follow-through.
  • Improve team effectiveness by simplifying processes and enhancing ways of working.
  • Build trusted relationships across teams and stakeholders with professionalism and discretion.

Qualifications

  • Bring extensive experience operating as an Executive Assistant supporting senior leaders.
  • Communicate confidently and professionally with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion, sound judgement and care.
  • Build trusted working relationships across teams, including with other Executive Assistants.
  • Stay organised and proactive while balancing competing priorities and details.
  • Bring proven capability in organising events, forums or team activities with care and attention to detail.
