Profile Requirements:

  • Min. 3 years of experience in an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Client Services or similar role, ideally supporting a founder, executive or professional services business.
  • Previous experience working with a matchmaker or within the matchmaking, dating, relationships or personal services industry, with a strong understanding of the client journey and the sensitive nature of the work.
  • Marketing-savvy and confident contributing ideas, initiating discussions during team meetings, identifying opportunities, and suggesting practical ways to improve client engagement, content, and overall business growth.
  • Strong social media capability, with experience creating and publishing engaging content and a good understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and current social media trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate with high-value clients professionally, empathetically and discreetly.
  • Highly proactive, organised and commercially minded, with the ability to anticipate needs, manage multiple priorities, work independently and take ownership rather than waiting to be instructed.

Core responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the matchmaker to coordinate day-to-day client activities, appointments, follow-ups and priorities, ensuring the matchmaking process runs smoothly.
  • Manage client communication across email, phone and messaging platforms, maintaining a warm, professional and discreet experience throughout the client journey.
  • Proactively monitor client and matchmaker priorities, identifying outstanding actions, upcoming requirements and opportunities to follow up before they become issues.
  • Support the matchmaking process by maintaining accurate client information, profiles, preferences, notes and relevant relationship-management records with a high level of confidentiality.
  • Create and publish engaging social media content across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn, including posts that promote the brand, matchmaking insights, success stories, dating advice and relevant services.
  • Work with the matchmaker to translate ideas, insights and industry knowledge into social media content that reflects the brand voice and attracts the right prospective clients.
  • Coordinate calendars, consultations, client meetings and other appointments while ensuring the matchmaker has clear visibility of upcoming commitments and priorities.
  • Identify opportunities to improve client experience, administrative processes, social media activity and day-to-day operations, taking ownership of tasks and implementing improvements without requiring constant direction.
