About the Role:
Ecolab is seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves problem-solving, and enjoys being the glue that holds everything together. As our Executive Assistant to our Market Head, you will be at the heart of operations, ensuring seamless schedules, smooth travel plans, and well-organized meetings while being a key liaison with stakeholders across ANZ and beyond. You will anticipate changes and adapt plans accordingly to ensure everything runs smoothly.
Your responsibilities will include:

Calendar & Travel Management – Own the executive schedule, coordinate travel, and keep everything running like clockwork.

Meetings & Reports – Prepare materials, presentations, and reports to support key discussions.

Communication Hub – Handle emails, phone calls, and correspondence, ensuring the right messages reach the right people.

Stakeholder Engagement – Be the bridge between executives, teams, clients, and other EAs.

Event Coordination – Support leadership meetings, team lunches, dinners, and events.

Confidential Administration – Maintain records and handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion.

Overseas Leader Support – Help coordinate and manage visits from senior global executives.

Tech-Savvy – Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Discretion & Confidentiality – You handle sensitive information with absolute professionalism.
You will have the opportunity to work from our Macquarie Park offices, 3 or more days per week. You will enjoy some flexibility in this role and this role may also require you to provide some occasional after-hours support.
