Job Description
This role is accountable for providing executive support to General Managers of the Technology & Innovation Leadership team and when required, assistance for their teams.
In this role, you will:
- Manage incoming emails/correspondence and manage the diary, including scheduling meetings, prioritising conflicting needs and ensuring time is appropriately available for critical meetings and issues.
- Ensure the GM’s have relevant and appropriate documentation in advance of meetings and events.
- Review and edit reports, presentations etc. as required.
- Develop content for communications either internally or externally
- Ensure requests/action items for the GMs are proactively followed up and resolved in a timely manner.
- Plan and organise team meetings, events and communications, and prepare agenda and actions for Leadership team meetings
- Arrange domestic and international travel plans and itineraries.
- Process monthly credit card expense claims, as well as complete reporting and expense management
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years’ experience operating at the Executive Assistant level.
- Strong organisational skills demonstrated by the ability to work autonomously, effectively prioritise and perform multiple tasks seamlessly, and with excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal, stakeholder management and communication skills, including the ability to communicate with the highest levels of tact and diplomacy.
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion and to demonstrate the highest levels of professionalism at all times.
- Advanced level of skill using Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook).
