The Opportunity

Join Adobe’s Digital Experience Organisation as a trusted partner to senior sales executives. In this pivotal role, you’ll provide high-level administrative and operational support, ensuring our leaders can focus on driving strategic objectives. This is a rare and highly visible opportunity for an experienced Executive Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and takes pride in delivering excellence.

What You’ll Do

  • Executive Support
    • Manage complex and dynamic calendars, resolving conflicts and anticipating scheduling needs across time zones..
    • Coordinate global travel, logistics, and itineraries, ensuring seamless execution.
    • Monitor, triage and prioritise inboxes, flagging urgent items, drafting responses, and ensuring timely follow-up on priority communications.
    • Prepare and process expense reports, purchase orders, and vendor billing in compliance with Adobe policies.
  • Communication & Coordination
    • Draft, edit, and distribute leadership communications, staff updates, and quarterly All Hands content. Maintain organisational charts, distribution lists, and other key team resources.
    • Act as a trusted liaison between leaders, cross-functional teams, and other Executive Assistants across the business.
       
  • Project & Event Management
    • Plan and execute team events, leadership offsites, and large-scale meetings with both internal and external stakeholders.
    • Partner with leaders to support special projects and strategic initiatives.
    • Support onboarding for new hires, including workspace setup and systems access.
       
  • Operational Excellence
    • Partner with operations and leadership to maintain business cadences, including staff meetings, QBRs, planning cycles, and leadership rhythms.
    • Oversee logistics for hybrid and virtual meetings, ensuring high quality audio/visual and digital engagement.
    • Continuously look for ways to improve processes, streamline workflows, and increase efficiency across the team.

What You Bring

  • 4–6 years of experience supporting senior executives in a fast-paced, global environment.
  • Exceptional organisational and prioritisation skills with the ability to  manage multiple, shifting deadlines.
  • Strong business acumen, discretion, and professionalism when handling confidential information.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Teams) and familiarity with collaboration tools (SharePoint, Slack, OneDrive).
  • Familiarity with Adobe tools, Copilot, Workday, and Concur (or similar expense and HR systems).
  • A proactive and resourceful mindset, with a passion for building relationships, anticipating needs, and driving efficiency.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence to interact at all levels.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to shifting priorities with occasional travel for events or conferences.
