About the Role

Our Tender Team is growing, and we’re looking for a highly organised, proactive Executive Assistant / Office Manager to keep our operations running smoothly. This role sits at the heart of our bid and tender function, supporting senior leaders while ensuring the team has everything they need to deliver high‑quality submissions on time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level executive support to the Tender Manager and senior team members

  • Coordinate calendars, meetings, travel, and internal communications

  • Manage office operations, supplies, onboarding, and general administration

  • Assist with tender documentation, formatting, proofreading, and submission preparation

  • Maintain team workflows, deadlines, and document control systems

  • Liaise with internal stakeholders and external partners to support tender activities

  • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as required

Required Skills and Competencies

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Office Manager, or similar role

  • Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities

  • Strong written communication and document formatting skills

  • High attention to detail — especially under tight deadlines

  • Confidence working with senior stakeholders
