The opportunity:

We’re seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to partner closely with our Chief Talent Officer in a true right‑hand role. Operating at pace and with high trust, you’ll support complex, sensitive and high‑visibility agendas at the heart of the organisation.

You’ll bring calm, clarity and commercial judgement to a fast‑moving environment—anticipating priorities, managing competing demands and ensuring the Chief Talent Officer is always positioned to operate at their best. This is a unique opportunity to work at the centre of a global Talent function and make a meaningful impact across the business.

Your new role

You’ll manage a broad range of deliverables and relationships, acting as a trusted partner and a central point of connection across the Talent Leadership Team and wider organisation

What you’ll do

  • Proactively manage a complex executive diary, inbox, travel and logistics across time zones

  • Act as a trusted partner and primary point of contact for senior leaders, committees and external stakeholders

  • Anticipate priorities and prepare the Chief Talent Officer for decisions, commitments and key moments

  • Produce high‑quality, confidential correspondence, presentations and executive materials

  • Establish strong cadence across leadership forums, meetings and follow‑ups

  • Drive continuous improvement in ways of working, processes and administrative efficiency

  • Proven experience supporting a senior executive in a fast‑paced, complex environment

  • Strong judgement and confidence to operate autonomously and with discretion

  • Exceptional organisation, attention to detail and written communication skills

  • High emotional intelligence with a proactive, solutions‑focused mindset

  • Tech‑savvy approach to improving workflows and productivity

  • Absolute integrity and comfort handling sensitive people and business matters
