The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to join our Finance team on a fixed‑term contract. Reporting to the Head of Finance, this role provides high‑quality executive and team support to enable the effective delivery of Finance leadership priorities.

This is a varied and highly visible role, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, enjoys partnering with senior leaders and takes pride in keeping things running seamlessly behind the scenes.

You Will Make an Impact By

  • Providing high‑level executive support to the Head of Finance, acting as a trusted gatekeeper and key point of contact
  • Managing complex diaries, inboxes and meeting logistics to ensure priorities are effectively coordinated
  • Preparing professional correspondence, agendas, minutes and follow‑up actions
  • Coordinating meetings, events, offsites and leadership forums, including venues, technology and catering
  • Managing travel arrangements, expenses and purchase orders in line with Dexus policies
  • Supporting Finance team administration, onboarding and day‑to‑day operations
  • Partnering with other Executive and Team Assistants to provide coverage during peak periods and leave

About You

You are an organised, proactive and professional Executive Assistant who enjoys working closely with senior leaders and building strong relationships across a business.

You will bring:

  • Experience in an Executive Assistant, Team Assistant or senior administrative role within a corporate environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail
  • Confidence managing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced setting
  • Advanced capability across Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • A positive, flexible and collaborative approach, with the ability to work autonomously

Formal qualifications are not essential; however, further education in business or administration will be well regarded.
