About the team and the role
In this exciting Executive Assistant opportunity, you will play a central role in supporting our Group Executive - Government, Sustainability & Legal. This position sits at the heart of a fast‑paced, high‑profile portfolio, working across government relations, sustainability, legal and governance activities. You will act as an essential coordination point, helping ensure the smooth running of critical executive and regulatory priorities.
You will thrive in a dynamic environment where your judgement, discretion and communication skills make a meaningful impact. As a trusted partner to senior stakeholders, you will enable confident decision‑making, seamless operations and strong relationships across Sydney Airport.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to
- Provide exceptional executive support including diary, email and workflow management
- Coordinate high‑priority meetings, briefings, travel and logistics
- Prepare polished correspondence, papers, presentations and reports
- Act as a trusted conduit for internal and external stakeholders
- Manage portfolio administrative processes including finance, records and governance
- Support action tracking, deadlines and deliverables across the portfolio
- Liaise with Legal, Sustainability, Risk and Government Relations teams to ensure aligned and efficient ways of working
About you
- You will bring extensive experience supporting senior executives in complex organisations
- Demonstrating strong organisational, prioritisation and problem‑solving capability will be essential
- Clear, confident and professional communication will set you up for success
- Exercising impeccable judgement, discretion and confidentiality is critical in this role
- The ability to build strong relationships and coordinate effectively across diverse stakeholders will be highly valued
- Remaining calm, composed and dependable in high‑pressure environments is key
- High proficiency in MS Office and digital collaboration tools will be expected
