Job Description

In Technology & Innovation, we create the foundations that help TAL show up for customers when it matters most. As an Executive Assistant in our Technology Administration team, you’ll provide trusted support to the General Managers in our Technology & Innovation Leadership Team, helping bring focus, momentum and connection across Platform Delivery, Cyber, Infrastructure Management and Transformation. By strengthening the cadence behind our technology agenda, you enable teams to deliver secure, reliable and evolving experiences for customers and partners. It’s meaningful work because the support you provide helps turn TAL’s purpose and ambition into action, so we can be there for people when they need us most.

In this role you will:

  • Enable GM’s focus and decision-making by managing priorities, calendars and key communications.
  • Build seamless alignment across leaders and teams through trusted relationships and proactive coordination.
  • Keep leadership forums running smoothly with clear agendas, timely pre-reads and captured outcomes.
  • Turn actions into progress by tracking follow-ups and removing bottlenecks before they escalate.
  • Lift the quality and consistency of leadership communications and presentations for internal and external audiences.
  • Support business continuity by coordinating travel, events and time-critical requests with care and discretion.

Qualifications

  • Bring at least 3 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior leaders
  • Stay highly organised and adaptable, with a calm, detail-focused approach
  • Communicate clearly and respectfully with stakeholders, using discretion and diplomacy
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with sound judgment and professionalism
  • Write with clarity to help shape messages and materials
  • Use Microsoft 365 confidently (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
