The opportunity:

We’re seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to partner closely with our Chief People Strategy & Operations Officer and Group Head of Performance and Reward in a true right‑hand role. Operating at pace and with high trust, you’ll support complex, sensitive and high‑visibility agendas at the heart of the organisation.

You’ll bring calm, clarity and commercial judgement to a fast‑moving environment—anticipating priorities, managing competing demands and ensuring the executives are always positioned to operate at their best. This is a unique opportunity to work at the centre of a global People function and make a meaningful impact across the business.

Your new role

You’ll manage a broad range of deliverables and relationships, acting as a trusted partner and a central point of connection across the Group People team and wider organisation.

What you’ll do

  • Proactively manage complex executive diaries, inbox, travel, expenses and logistics across time zones

  • Anticipating deliverables and ensuring leaders are fully prepared to meet commitments with confidence

  • Navigating multiple time zones, stakeholders and divisions with professionalism and sound judgement

  • Acting as a key point of contact for team processes, onboarding and induction support

  • Establish strong cadence across leadership forums, meetings and follow‑ups

  • Drive continuous improvement in ways of working, processes and administrative efficiency

What you bring

At the core of this role is the ability to foster trust through reliability, attention to detail and strong relationships . You’re a proactive partner who thrives on making an executive effective and brings confidence, judgement and a strong detail orientation to everything you do.

You’ll also have:

  • Proven experience supporting a senior executives in a fast‑paced, complex environment

  • Strong judgement and confidence to operate autonomously and with discretion

  • Exceptional organisation, attention to detail and written communication skills

  • High emotional intelligence with a proactive, solutions‑focused mindset

  • Tech‑savvy approach to improving workflows and productivity

  • Absolute integrity and comfort handling sensitive people and business matters
