As the Executive Operations Assistant, you will have the opportunity to work with a team of passionate managers, whilst assisting the Snr Executive Assistant and the CEO with workflow, managing schedules, preparing formal documents, internal event planning and management and providing governance support to the Board of Directors.

About you

You’re more than an administrator—you’re highly organised, proactive and trusted to keep things moving. You have exceptional follow-through, strong written communication skills and the judgement to anticipate issues, manage competing priorities and make sensible decisions independently.

In return, we offer the following perks and benefits:

We have a generous package on offer to ensure you get the most out of your Pulse experience:

  • Generous leave entitlements including concessional leave, (paid time off between Christmas Day and New Years Eve each year, in addition to your annual leave) and birthday leave (take a day to celebrate another lap around the sun!)
  • Salary packaging available, including the ability to salary sacrifice campus parking and a gold gym membership with UniActive for only $2 per week.
