  • Plan and deliver strategic design projects end‑to‑end, applying appropriate methods to achieve outcomes.
  • Conduct and synthesise qualitative research with customers and TAL teams to uncover insights and opportunities.
  • Facilitate the design, critique and iteration of products and services across channels and touchpoints.
  • Own and evolve TAL’s multi‑brand design system, ensuring scalability across TAL and partner brands.
  • Maintain a single source of truth for design tokens and components, enabling consistent, themed UI experiences.

Qualifications

  • A strong design foundation, demonstrated through a portfolio covering Experience, UX and Service Design.
  • Deep hands‑on experience with design systems, including design tokens, theming logic and multi‑brand frameworks.
  • Advanced proficiency in Figma, with confidence managing libraries, tokens, variables and system standards.
  • The ability to turn qualitative research into clear, actionable insights that improve customer experiences.
  • A collaborative, customer‑first mindset, partnering effectively with stakeholders across the business.
  • Clear and inclusive communication skills, able to share ideas, facilitate workshops and bring others along the journey.
