WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
- Conduct user research and gather requirements to understand user needs and behaviors
- Design and create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to effectively communicate design ideas
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, product managers, and other designers to create intuitive and user-friendly products
- Test and iterate on product designs to continuously improve the user experience
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and techniques
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- Bachelor's degree in design or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in UX design
- Strong portfolio of work demonstrating user-centered design solutions
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Experience working in an Agile development environment
GOOD TO HAVE:
- Experience designing for mobile applications and responsive web design
- Understanding of front-end development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Experience with user testing and research methodologies
