WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

  • Conduct user research and gather requirements to understand user needs and behaviors
  • Design and create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to effectively communicate design ideas
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, product managers, and other designers to create intuitive and user-friendly products
  • Test and iterate on product designs to continuously improve the user experience
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and techniques


WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

  • Bachelor's degree in design or a related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in UX design
  • Strong portfolio of work demonstrating user-centered design solutions
  • Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Experience working in an Agile development environment

GOOD TO HAVE:

  • Experience designing for mobile applications and responsive web design
  • Understanding of front-end development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Experience with user testing and research methodologies
