Job Description

NSW & VIC | NRMA Parks & Resorts

Ever thought about managing your own holiday park?  We’re inviting expressions of interest from management couples looking to partner with us across our Parks & Resorts network in either New South Wales or Victoria.

This is a unique opportunity to combine lifestyle and leadership, while living and working in some of Australia’s most beautiful regional locations.  Reporting to an Operations Manager, you will bring a strong commitment to leadership, a customer-centric mindset, and a hands-on, commercial approach to running a successful park.

As Park Managers, you are required to live onsite, with accommodation and utilities provided as part of your overall package.  Management teams must either possess, or be prepared to establish, a Proprietary Limited Company (Pty Ltd) and hold a valid ABN.

What you will do:

  • Employ, engage, lead and manage park employees
  • Deliver a top-class guest experience as your priority
  • Oversee all areas of park operations
  • Manage budgets, financials and planning with strong commercial acumen
  • Lead by example, ensuring compliance with safety and statutory standards
  • Bring a flexible, can-do attitude and appropriate level of fitness to a hands-on role

What you will bring:

  • You are a balanced and capable management team with complementary skills, from hands-on operations (grounds/trade) through to financial, commercial and team leadership
  • You have experience in holiday parks, tourism, hospitality, accommodation or similar operational roles (preferred)
  • You’re passionate about delivering an exceptional guest experience
  • You’re excited by the idea of regional living and community engagement

When applying, please let us know:

  • Your preferred state (NSW | VIC or BOTH)
  • A brief overview of your experience and interest in working with us.

We’ll be in touch as opportunities become available across our network.
