Lead complex, cross-functional business projects from planning through implementation and post-implementation review. Manage project teams, risks, issues, budgets, dependencies, governance, reporting, stakeholder communication, change management, testing, training, and technology releases. Support business cases and continuous improvement of project management frameworks. The role requires adapting Agile and Waterfall methods and coaching junior project managers.

Provide administrative and coordination support for the Driver Training business, including course scheduling, venue and facilitator coordination, participant records, reporting, invoicing, compliance documentation, customer enquiries, recruitment administration, and process improvement. The role liaises with government, instructors, customers, and internal stakeholders while maintaining accurate data and supporting operational efficiency through digital and AI-enabled tools.

Facilitates and delivers complex technology programs across Agile and Waterfall environments. Responsibilities include project initiation and planning, business analysis, requirements and user story development, stakeholder engagement, risk and issue management, reporting, change management, team capacity and velocity tracking, vendor coordination, budget oversight, and continuous improvement. The role partners with technical and business stakeholders to achieve effective delivery outcomes.

Management Accountant responsible for month-end journals, balance sheet reconciliations, commission calculations, financial workpapers, variance analysis, audit support, management reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling. The role also involves validating financial and operational data, improving controls and reporting processes, and providing analysis and business insights to stakeholders. This is a 12-month hybrid contract based in Sydney.

Develops automotive technical solutions, guides, bulletins, training resources, videos, and support materials for roadside assistance teams. Researches technical information, responds to specialist enquiries, supports training programs, contributes to national projects and industry research, and evaluates tools and innovations. The role requires collaboration with stakeholders across Australia, strong documentation and communication skills, automotive trade expertise, and attention to detail.

Support tax compliance, reporting, governance, and advisory activities across the NRMA Group.
