Join Our Talent Pool – NSW Hospitality Roles
 

We’re always on the lookout for hospo superstars to join our teams across NSW. With upcoming hiring planned across our venues, we’d love to connect with talented hospitality professionals who are ready for their next opportunity.
 

By applying, you’ll be part of our Expression of Interest (EOI) talent pool, and we’ll reach out as soon as suitable opportunities become available.
 

We regularly recruit for roles such as:

  • Food & Beverage Attendants
  • Bartenders
  • Food & Beverage Runners
  • Bar Bussies
     

Our busiest times are typically Thursday to Sunday, including evenings, late nights and public holidays — so flexibility during these times is key.

These are all casual opportunities.
 

You will ideally have:
  • Previous experience in a similar role. If not, a desire to learn!
  • A love for hospitality and delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Availability to work public holidays and weekend evenings, including late-night finishes
  • A passion for working as part of a team
  • Good banter and the ability to create a friendly and fun atmosphere
     
Essential requirements:
  • Valid RSA – all front-of-house positions
