Your Opportunity

We are seeking talented individuals to join our External Audit practise at KPMG. We are open to full-time/part-time/casual/max-term/flexible working options.

IT External Audit

Our IT External Audit team assists our clients to meet their IT External audit requirements and timelines. We work as an integrated business and as part of a larger multi-disciplinary team. The team draws on a diverse and dedicated group of people, powerful KPMG methodologies, innovating capability and assets, and global resources to support our clients in achieving the right milestones.

Audit & Assurance: External Audit

Our Audit teams provide value to our clients by delivering specialised quality audit and assurance services. High-quality, independent financial statement audits are essential to maintaining investor confidence. Our audit professionals are committed to the public interest, challenging assumptions, and unlocking valuable insights based on a solid understanding of an organisation’s business and industry.

Your Experience

To be considered for this opportunity, your qualifications, skills & experience could include:

IT External Audit

  • Experience in assisting clients meet their IT External audit requirements and timelines.
  • Supporting engagements in the preparation of clear and concise IT External Audit reports.
  • Providing technical knowledge, direction, and training to engagement team members.
  • In a leadership role, manage small teams and oversee the planning and execution of IT External Audit client engagements
  • Supporting business proposals and business development activities by assisting in the identification of new target clients, building business relationships, and developing/presenting proposals/findings
  • An innovative mindset and passion for problem solving enabled through technology.

Audit & Assurance: External Audit

  • Experience leading, managing and executing advisory related engagements of high-profile clients and all aspects of audit delivery, client service and business development.
  • Providing technical knowledge, direction, and training to engagement team members.
  • Experience working across Private and Corporate clients is desired.
  • Qualifications in CA/CPA and CISA/CISM/CRISC, and strong IFRS skills, will be viewed favourably.

Please note, the salary ranges $60k - $100k+ with respect to your level of experience.
