Role
ServiceNow are taking their campaigns to the next level to engage and drive demand generation across their platform capabilities and target industries. This role will support the team to create compelling industry and solution go-to-market strategies to drive awareness, consideration and purchase. This will involve working on marketing programs and events to drive business outcomes and achieve pipeline targets.
What You Get to Do in This Role

  • Marketing Campaigns: Support and execute integrated marketing campaigns for the Australian and New Zealand Public Sector.
  • Digital Programs: Assist in planning, targeting, and creating digital campaigns. Implement, monitor, and optimise always-on ANZ Digital Industry Campaigns for Government and Healthcare sectors. Produce high-quality creative assets, including banners, promotional materials, event invitations.
  • Data and Analytics: Utilise data analytics dashboards and processes to support campaign performance discussions and optimisation.
  • Enablement and Communication: Curate and distribute engaging content for sales newsletters and campaign updates. Manage the campaigns site with timely content.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with various teams to track project schedules and ensure timely delivery of marketing activities.

To be successful in this role you have:

  • Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
  • Ability to create promotional assets (invitations, social media banners etc) with design and copy
  • Experience in project management
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Solid writing, presentation and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, who can work independently
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
