The Opportunity

The Finance Analyst role is a high impact position within the Office Property Finance Reporting & Insights team, partnering closely with Asset Management and Funds Finance teams to deliver high‑quality financial analysis, forecasting and reporting across a complex, multi-asset portfolio. The role is ideal for a driven, commercially minded professional who enjoys collaboration across a broad range of stakeholders and is passionate about continuous improvement and translating complex financial data into clear, actionable insights that inform decisions and drive performance.

How you will make an impact

  • Partner with key stakeholders including Asset Management, Funds Finance and Investor Relations to provide commercially focused financial insights and value‑add support across the Office portfolio.

  • Provide high‑quality financial analysis, including financial modelling, sensitivity analysis and leasing transaction reviews, to support informed decision‑making.

  • Deliver commercially relevant forecasting and insights across leasing, income, capital and operating expenditure to support strategic and operational outcomes.

  • Prepare and coordinate accurate and timely portfolio and fund‑level reporting deliverables across key financial and property metrics.

  • Identify and support continuous improvements in systems, processes and reporting to drive efficiency, manage risk and enhance insights.

About You

  • Tertiary qualification in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related discipline; professional studies (CA, CPA or similar qualification or actively working towards) desirable but not essential.

  • 2+ years’ experience in a financial or analytical role

  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to turn data into clear, commercial insights.

  • Proven ability to build effective relationships and collaborate with a range of stakeholders.

  • Well‑organized, detail‑oriented and adaptable, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
