At Endeavour Group, we create memorable experiences for millions of customers. The Hotels Finance team provides financial and strategic leadership for ALH Hotels; a highly competitive, dynamic network of 350+ venues spanning Food, Bars, and Accommodation.

Here is a taster of what you can expect in this role:
As a Finance Business Partner - Commercial, you'll act as a trusted commercial advisor to Commercial Heads of department across Food, Bars, and Accommodation. You will turn high volumes of complex data into actionable performance insights and partner directly on pricing, promotional activity, category performance, and supplier negotiations.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver weekly and monthly insights, evaluate category pricing and promotions, and advise on commercial risks, opportunities, and supplier negotiations.
- Work closely with Commercial, Operations, and FP&A teams to manage P&L line items, category costs, and annual budget submissions.
- Streamline reporting, optimize systems, and bring innovative ways of working to support an evolving business.
Qualifications
Now let’s talk about you:
- CA/CPA qualification with at least 5 years of relevant commercial finance experience.
- Strong financial modeling skills with proficiency in Excel, SAP, Tableau, TM1, and Google reporting tools.
- Exceptional ability to synthesize complex financial data and translate it into simple, compelling narratives for diverse stakeholders.
- A proactive, resilient, and customer-centric approach to problem-solving and cross-functional business partnering.
