Job Description

As Finance Business Partner Lead - Customer you'll play a pivotal role in partnering with senior business leaders to drive commercial outcomes, shape strategic decisions, and deliver large-scale transformation initiatives across the Customer portfolio. This role acts as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders and provides critical financial leadership that supports sustainable growth and long-term business performance.

This is a highly visible leadership opportunity where you'll influence key business decisions, lead complex financial analysis, and help identify and realise significant value creation opportunities. You'll work closely with senior executives, providing commercial insight, challenge, and support to optimise performance and deliver transformational outcomes.

You’ll have:

  • Significant experience in finance business partnering, commercial finance, or strategic finance leadership roles.
  • CPA, CA, or equivalent qualification.
  • Demonstrated experience influencing senior stakeholders and executives within complex organisations.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate financial insights into business outcomes.
  • Experience leading teams and developing high-performing talent.
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
  • Advanced communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with operational execution in a fast-paced environment.
