Position Summary:
Strategic Business Partner to the Commercial Organization. Set, track and align business strategy, including consolidation, planning, financial review and analysis across Australia and New Zealand to meet the Group’s business needs and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Run standard FP&A work including forecast, monthly and quarterly business review, annual operating plan and long-term strategic plan and monthly expenses
- Work with commercial team to present material proformas / quotes / pricing & other proposals to enhancing profitability.
- Develop and continually improve operating plans, financial projections, and operating forecasting process to improve quality and accuracy of information and analysis. Support commercial leadership to meet divisional finance reporting and analysis requirements.
- Drive and own incentive plans for the Group and co-ordinate the sales incentive/compensation administration process with the Compensation Analyst and develop greater business intelligence
- Prepare and present business performance analysis highlighting customer, market, industry segment trends for product lines and territories. Consolidate trend and variance analysis from the FP&A team and provide insights and modelling to support business decision making.
- Drive practical improvement in execution. Develop of benchmarks and scorecards to be used for continuous improvement.
- Ad-hoc business performance reporting both locally and with the APJ team

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:
Advanced Bachelor’s degree is required, preferably with a major in Accounting or Finance. CPA or Chartered Accountant preferred
Experience:
- Experience in driving data visualisation system, sophisticated financial modelling and forecasting
- Ability to build and maintain PowerBI reports, (advanced knowledge preferred)
- Understanding and experience in Hyperion Financial Planning Systems and Applications, including HFM, Essbase and PLN
- Initiating and leading change, from a people and process perspective
- Track record in collaborator engagement whilst demonstrating engagement and high-performance standards
- Experience in heavily matrixed environment
- Worked in fast paced environments which require agile and flexible learners for minimum 5 years
- Self-motivated, customer oriented and results minded.
- Must be well organized, be able to prioritise tasks and meet non-negotiable time frames.
- High level of attention to detail and the ability to report financial results accurately and in a timely manner.
- Good commercial sense and comfortable navigating through matrix organization.
- Able to deal with ambiguity.
- Connect with senior management and cross functionally.
- Experience in working with tier 1 ERP systems, Masterpack, SAP and E1 advantageous
- Sophisticated MS Excel and MS Power BI/Tableau skills.
