Key Focus Area
Drive the delivery of actionable, data-driven insights that empower the Finance organisation to make informed decisions in financial planning and analysis. This role will focus on transforming complex financial and operational data into clear, meaningful recommendations.
- Collaborate with Finance stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into analytical requirements.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualisations to support financial planning and analysis.
- Analyse financial and operational data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
- Communicate findings and recommendations to Finance and cross-functional partners.
- Ensure data quality and integrity in all analytics deliverables.
- Support ad hoc analysis and projects as required.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in business analytics, financial analysis, or a related field.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Excel/Google Sheets) and data visualisation platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience working in a technology or SaaS environment.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
