As a Finance Manager supporting Supply Chain, your day to day will focus on partnering with our Supply Chain Leadership Team to support growth, as well as continuously improve financial acumen and governance across the team. This will be done through delivery of insightful analysis and influencing ways of working to improve performance and status quo and lead a high performing team. Success in this role will require you develop trust throughout everything you do, becoming an invaluable member of our finance team.
More about the role:
- Play a pivotal role in the finance component of planning, reporting and forecasting for Central Supply Chain
- Support monthly forecasts and annual plan submissions
- Partner with key stakeholders to drive our strategic initiatives and productivity agenda
- Actively contribute to and provide support for projects and initiatives undertaken by the finance team
- Ensure a strong controls and compliance environment in your area of scope and ensure full compliance with our policies
- Contribute to a high-performing Finance team; you will also invest in your personal development and the development of your Finance peers
A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career. You will bring experience and knowledge in:
- Minimum 8-10 years' experience working at a similar role in FMCG, manufacturing, or like industry
- Demonstrated agility, having completed a range of business partnering roles throughout your finance career
- Strong stakeholder influencing and management, with validated consumer centric value generation throughout your organisation
- A track record of achieving business results, being able to pivot and adapt to a transforming environment
- Ability to support high performing teams
- A degree in Commerce/Business/Maths/Economics as well as holding a CA/CPA
