Job Description

As the Finance Manager, you will lead the financial management and reporting across aspects of the Sales and Customer portfolio and provides key insights into financial information to assist business decision making. 

Reporting to the Financial Controller, the Finance Manager will be responsible for working with key finance stakeholders to provide financial services and support in aggregating and reviewing business unit results, providing analysis, key insights, commentary and strategic direction on business performance. This role is also responsible for ensuring strong financial governance and compliance across the profit and loss & balance sheet, as well as collaborating with stakeholders across the business to manage the financial results and expectations.    

 

You’ll have: 

  • Graduate degree in Accounting, Finance or Business 
  • CA/CPA/MBA qualified 
  • 7+ years’ experience in a Financial Management or Accounting role 
  • An ability to work within a team and independently to resolve complex financial issues 
  • Previous experience leading and mentoring a small team 
  • The ability to manage multiple stakeholders and cross functionally with divisional managers, financial controllers, senior managers etc 
  • The ability to influence, negotiate and present findings to achieve desired targets 
  • A detailed understanding of business unit cost drivers 
  • The ability to design, build and critically evaluate budget/forecast analysis, financial models and financial performance, linking back to organisational goals 
  • An understanding of the financial and business processes that underpin forecasts and budgets
