The Opportunity

This is a great opportunity for an experienced property finance professional to join the Dexus Retail Property Finance team as Finance Manager on a 12-month Fixed Term Contract. The Finance Manager will play a key role in delivering high-quality property finance support and business partnering across the Dexus Retail portfolio. They will be responsible for driving the delivery of property and management accounting, budgeting and forecasting, reporting, and supporting risk and compliance activities, while actively contributing to and seeking opportunities for process improvements and other efficiency initiatives.

You will make an impact by:

  • Supporting the Senior Finance Manager in developing and coaching property finance team members, contributing to capability uplift and performance outcomes.

  • Driving the preparation and delivery of budgets and forecasts, ensuring inputs are accurate, complete and reflect key leasing activity, transactions and forward-looking events.

  • Deliver accurate, timely and high-quality financial and management reporting across the retail portfolio, including month-end, quarter-end and year-end requirements.

  • Deliver accurate and timely property finance modelling and forecasting.

  • Drive effective stakeholder relationships with Asset Management, Portfolio Management and cross-functional teams to deliver accurate financial information, insights and analysis to support decision-making across the retail portfolio.

About You

You are a curious individual with a strong process improvement mindset, continually seeking better, more efficient ways of working and challenging the status quo.

You will bring:

  • 5+ years of property finance experience

  • Strong analytical mindset and commercial acumen with deep understanding of property finance and asset performance drivers.

  • Experience managing multiple stakeholder relationships and driving value through the delivery of key insights and analysis

  • Ability to connect asset-level performance with broader portfolio outcomes.
