About the role.
This is a high-impact, state-based role with responsibility for managing key Foodservice distributor partnerships across Western Australia, South Australia and the Northern Territory.
You will manage major distributors including Bidfood, PFD and Countrywide, as well as independent networks, driving sales growth, market share and commercial outcomes across a large, diverse and commercially significant customer base (~78 customers).
Reporting to the National Business Manager - Foodservice Distributors, you'll lead and deliver the execution of national strategies at a state level, while developing strong customer partnerships and local plans to deliver sustainable growth.
You'll work closely with Field Managers and the National Account Manager - Foodservice to drive both distributor engagement and end-user demand, ensuring alignment across customer, field and national priorities.

What you'll be doing.
- Manage key Foodservice distributor customers at both state and branch level, including Bidfood, PFD, Countrywide and independent networks
- Execute national sales and marketing strategies to deliver against volume, NSV and margin targets
- Develop and manage customer business plans, promotions and product launches
- Maintain regular communication with customers and internal teams on stock, pricing, claims and performance
- Prepare and deliver business reviews and ensure alignment to joint business plans
- Work closely with Field Managers to support execution and drive growth at end-user level
- Manage trade spend and ensure adherence to company policies and commercial frameworks
- Conduct regular field visits to strengthen customer relationships and identify opportunities
What you'll need to be successful.
- 5+ years' sales experience, ideally within Foodservice or FMCG
- Experience managing customer relationships and delivering commercial results
- Strong capability in business planning, sales execution and achieving targets
- Solid commercial acumen, including financial understanding and data analysis
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with CRM/reporting tools (e.g. Salesforce, Power BI, SAP) is advantageous
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously while collaborating across teams
- Flexibility to travel across WA, SA and NT as required
