We are seeking an exceptional FP&A Analyst to join our Finance team based in Darwin.

The Role

This is a critical Darwin-based role supporting business performance through forecasting, reporting, and commercial analysis.

This is a hands-on, high-impact role with strong visibility across the organisation, including exposure to senior leadership and Board reporting.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Support annual budgeting and rolling forecast processes across multiple business units
  • Deliver monthly management reporting across the group — accurate, timely and insightful
  • Partner with stakeholders to track spend vs budget and identify improvement opportunities
  • Drive automation and efficiency in reporting processes
  • Act as a trusted finance partner to operational leaders across the business
  • Support presentations and reporting to senior leadership where required
  • Contribute to a high-performance finance culture focused on accountability and continuous improvement
  • Demonstrate ownership, initiative and a proactive mindset

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

You will succeed in this role if you:

  • Have strong financial modelling and analytical capability
  • Are highly proficient in Excel and comfortable working with large datasets
  • Have experience with ERP and reporting tools (e.g. JobPac, Power BI or similar)
  • Can translate financial data into clear, actionable insights
  • Possess strong attention to detail while maintaining a commercial mindset
  • Are confident communicating with stakeholders across all levels, including senior leadership.

Qualifications

  • 3–6 years’ experience in FP&A, commercial finance, or accounting
  • Experience in a multi-entity environment preferred
  • Background in construction, property development, or project-based environments is advantageous
  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related discipline
