Job Description

Become the CEO of Your Own Business with Aussie

As an Aussie Franchise Partner, you’ll operate your own retail store under one of Australia’s most recognised and trusted mortgage brands. You’ll be at the forefront of your community, helping Australians achieve their property dreams while building a profitable business of your own.

Glenmore Park is a well-established, family-oriented suburb in Sydney’s west, prized for its leafy streets, quality schools, and strong community feel. With easy access to Penrith CBD, major road links, local shopping centres, and expansive parklands, it offers both everyday convenience and lifestyle appeal. Ongoing infrastructure investment and steady buyer demand continue to underpin Glenmore Park’s reputation as a stable, growth-focused location.

This is a compelling opportunity to secure a well-established franchise in the tightly held Glenmore Park market. Backed by a recognised brand and positioned in a high-traffic local centre, the business benefits from strong community loyalty and consistent customer demand. With proven performance and solid growth fundamentals in Sydney’s expanding western corridor, this store offers stability, profitability, and excellent long-term upside.

Running an Aussie franchise store means you will:

  • Lead your business – Take charge of strategy, operations, and customer relationships as the CEO of your store.

  • Grow your team – Recruit, manage, and inspire brokers and support staff to deliver outstanding service.

  • Drive local marketing – Leverage Aussie’s national campaigns alongside your own community-focused initiatives.

  • Engage with customers – Provide home loan solutions, property hub services, and end-to-end support for property buyers.

  • Manage performance – Track KPIs, monitor store growth, and continually seek ways to increase revenue.

  • Build partnerships – Collaborate with property professionals such as buyer’s agents, conveyancers, and referral partners to expand your network.

What makes this opportunity unique is our Property Hub, which transforms your store into a one-stop destination where customers can browse property listings, check borrowing power, access buyer’s agents, secure pre-approvals, and arrange conveyancing — all under one roof. This innovative model sets you apart, drives more value per customer, and positions your store as the go-to place for everything property.

Qualifications

We welcome people from all walks of life who share a passion for business ownership and helping Australians achieve their property goals.

Preferred (but not required):

  • Experience in sales, customer service, business ownership, finance, or related fields.

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

  • A commitment to customer success and community engagement.

Training & Licensing Support:

  • Assistance in obtaining Certificate IV and Diploma in Finance and Mortgage Broking (if not already held).

  • Enrolment in our Franchise Academy — an industry-leading training program that transforms brokers into business leaders.

No prior mortgage broking experience is required — just the drive to succeed and grow your own business with Australia’s most iconic mortgage brand.
