Provide practical, commercially focused legal advice across mortgage broking, lending, franchising, technology, privacy, AI, data, and regulatory matters. Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements; advise on new products and initiatives; manage legal and regulatory risk; support customer complaints; improve legal processes; and coordinate external counsel. Draft and negotiate commercial agreements, advise on legal and regulatory risks, support customer and regulator matters, improve legal processes, and manage external counsel and legal budgets.

Leads the Aurora to Core product strategy, roadmap, discovery, delivery, and performance for AI-enabled broker and customer products. Embeds reusable intelligence capabilities into core systems and workflows while ensuring compliance, commercial value, and operational stability. Manages cross-functional teams, aligns senior stakeholders, oversees pilots and launches, measures product outcomes, and coaches Product Managers.

Lead design and implementation of lending compliance frameworks, controls and governance. Partner with Product, Lending, Ops, Tech and Legal to embed compliance, oversee monitoring, regulatory change, breach management, external partner oversight, and provide governance reporting to senior leadership.

Partner with frontline teams to provide practical risk and compliance advice, monitor and manage operational risks and incidents, design and test controls (including automation/AI opportunities), embed risk frameworks, report risk insights, support supplier risk governance, and deliver risk capability building and system data management.

Design, build and maintain scalable cloud data pipelines and warehouses. Improve performance, ensure data quality and governance, support AI/ML initiatives, document systems, and collaborate with cross-functional teams while mentoring engineers.

Provide HR generalist support across the employee lifecycle: employee relations, remuneration benchmarking, WHS/OHS capability uplift, people policy design, HRIS/payroll integration, reporting, and project delivery to drive operational excellence and an exceptional employee experience.

Lead design and implementation of lending compliance frameworks, controls and monitoring. Partner with Product, Lending, Ops, Technology, Legal and Risk to embed compliance into digital lending, drive customer outcome oversight (responsible lending, Best Interests Duty, hardship, complaints), manage regulatory change, incidents and remediation, and oversee external funders and service providers. Provide governance reporting, recommendations and operationalise technology-enabled compliance and AI controls.
