Provides commercially focused legal advice across mortgage broking, lending, fintech, franchising, technology, data, AI, privacy, and regulatory matters. Responsibilities include negotiating commercial agreements, advising on responsible AI governance, managing legal and regulatory risks, supporting strategic initiatives, handling customer and regulatory matters, improving legal processes, and overseeing external counsel and budgets.

Provides HR generalist support across employee relations, remuneration and benefits, WHS/OHS, HR policies, reporting, payroll integration, HRIS administration, and the full employee lifecycle. Partners with leaders, Finance, Legal, Compliance, and Operations to deliver people programs, performance reviews, compensation frameworks, workforce reporting, compliant processes, and improved employee experience in a fast-growing organization.

Design, develop, deploy, and support scalable cloud-based data pipelines, warehouses, ETL processes, and data models. Optimize performance, reliability, and data quality while applying governance standards. Collaborate with analysts, data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders on AI-driven solutions. Create technical documentation, resolve incidents, contribute to architecture and engineering standards, and mentor other engineers.

Own the strategy, roadmap, delivery, adoption, and optimisation of internal AI agent products and shared customer communication capabilities. Lead cross-functional teams, define responsible AI practices, establish governance and success measures, manage WhatsApp integration, align senior stakeholders, and coach a Product Manager. The role focuses on improving broker productivity, agent trust and adoption, customer contactability, and engagement across chat, SMS, voice, dialler, and messaging channels.

Leads sales enablement across retail, mobile, and inside sales channels. Translates commercial priorities into programs, processes, coaching tools, GTM adoption plans, AI capabilities, and actionable performance insights. Improves broker and customer journeys, supports sales leaders, drives continuous improvement, and coordinates cross-functional delivery across Sales, Product, Operations, Analytics, Technology, Risk, Learning, and Communications.

Develop and productionize predictive models and AI solutions using large datasets and feature stores. Responsibilities include financial and valuation modeling, personalization, growth and retention analytics, model deployment and maintenance in the cloud, automation, MLOps improvement, stakeholder collaboration, documentation, and delivery of projects within schedule and budget.

Owns discovery, strategy, roadmap, delivery, launch, and optimisation of lending products and capabilities. Defines propositions, eligibility, features, pricing inputs, documentation, and customer and broker experiences. Leads cross-functional delivery across technology, data, risk, compliance, operations, integrations, testing, governance, and training. Establishes lender and partner operating models, negotiates commercial arrangements, manages go-live and early-life performance, and secures formal handover acceptance from Run teams.

Partner with frontline teams to provide practical risk and compliance advice, monitor and manage operational risks and incidents, design and test controls (including automation/AI opportunities), embed risk frameworks, report risk insights, support supplier risk governance, and deliver risk capability building and system data management.
