Provide HR generalist support across the employee lifecycle: employee relations, remuneration benchmarking, WHS/OHS capability uplift, people policy design, HRIS/payroll integration, reporting, and project delivery to drive operational excellence and an exceptional employee experience.

Lead development of React Native + Expo mobile apps, design app architecture, build shared npm packages, integrate backend APIs, ensure secure handling of financial data, instrument and monitor apps, contribute to CI/CD and testing, and work with AI-assisted development (Claude Code) while mentoring other engineers.

Lead end-to-end product development for Policy and AI-driven decisioning across the home loan journey. Drive roadmap, discovery, delivery and optimisation with cross-functional teams, translate requirements into epics and stories, measure outcomes, and partner closely with brokers, compliance, risk and engineering to improve lending policy, decisioning and broker workflows.

Support and coordinate end-to-end franchise operations: manage applications, renewals, agreements, documentation, fees, workflow tracking, stakeholder liaison, process improvements, and day-to-day administrative tasks.

Design, build and maintain scalable cloud data pipelines and warehouses. Improve performance, ensure data quality and governance, support AI/ML initiatives, document systems, and collaborate with cross-functional teams while mentoring engineers.

Lead design and implementation of lending compliance frameworks, controls and monitoring. Partner with Product, Lending, Ops, Technology, Legal and Risk to embed compliance into digital lending, drive customer outcome oversight (responsible lending, Best Interests Duty, hardship, complaints), manage regulatory change, incidents and remediation, and oversee external funders and service providers. Provide governance reporting, recommendations and operationalise technology-enabled compliance and AI controls.
