Are you a confident leader who thrives on delivering exceptional client experiences? Join the team at Findex on a 12-month max term contract and take ownership of front-of-house operations across our AU and NZ offices.  Leading a team of Corporate Receptionists, you will set the tone for service excellence, build strong relationships with business leaders, and ensure every interaction reflects the very best of Findex.  This is a role where you can make a real impact and truly add value. 

Your role, your contribution 

  • Lead, coach and develop a team of Corporate Receptionists 

  • Own front-of-house operations, standards and procedures 

  • Be the primary escalation point for front desk and facilities 

  • Partner with business leaders on VIP visitor and event requirements 

  • Drive continuous improvement in client service and office presentation 

  • Manage scheduling, rostering and coverage across all locations

What you bring to the role 

  • Proven experience in a senior reception, front-of-house or EA/PA or office management role 

  • Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience, ideally in a corporate environment 

  • Previous proficiency with Microsoft Office and workplace management systems 

  • Essential knowledge of WH&S requirements for office and reception environments
