• Hourly Rate: $36.09 per hour plus super

We are excited to offer an excellent opportunity for an experienced customer service professional to join our team as a Front Office Supervisor at the iconic Oaks Cypress Lakes Resort in the beautiful Hunter Valley. This is a full-time role with exceptional benefits and the chance to work with a passionate and talented team.

About the Role:

• Leading and supporting the front office team to provide a warm, welcoming environment and memorable experiences for our guests
• Acting as a role model for service excellence, sharing your knowledge and continually motivating the team
• Overseeing daily front office operations to ensure tasks are completed accurately and efficiently
• Managing guest arrivals and departures with a focus on smooth, positive experiences
• Addressing and resolving guest concerns in a timely and professional manner

Qualifications

To Be Successful in This Role, You Will Have:

• Proven supervisory experience in a hotel or resort front office environment
• Strong background in hospitality, with extensive experience in hotel or resort operations
• Exceptional customer service skills, accompanied by a consistently positive attitude
• Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Professional presentation and demeanor
• Flexibility and availability to work weekends when required
