Job Description

The Functional Analyst - Stores is responsible for engaging with stakeholder groups to design robust business
solutions and support the Stores teams. This role reports to the GSM - Store Systems and has the
responsibility to develop the roadmap and enhance Endeavour’s Stores solution.

Here is a taster of what you can expect in this role:

● Work closely with the Project team to ensure a smooth transition of the Stores solution to Operations.
● Provide continuous improvement and deliver upgrades/projects across the stores application landscape
● Proactively engage with stakeholder groups to understand business needs and analyse and translate
business needs into solutions
● Develop, review and govern functional specifications and documents that define the desired outcome of
system enhancements/developments
● Assist with system testing, training, user acceptance and validation testing of solutions and production
changes and upgrades to applications and systems
● Work with external vendors to provide the most effective and efficient solution to meet the business
needs
● Maintain compliance to audit, application security, application roles design and segregation of duties
findings
● Assist with governance and release of system changes to production

Qualifications

Now let’s talk about you: 

● Expert and demonstrated experience in Retail Store applications
● Ability to understand, isolate and interpret business needs and develop appropriate technical solutions.
● Migration, Troubleshooting experience.
● 2-5 years IT BA experience
● Experienced with regression testing
