- Turn ideas and technical requirements into concrete system solutions for radio functions covering measurements, supervision, and digital-to-RF and RF-to-digital conversion.
- Contribute to technical studies, evaluate solution alternatives, and help address future technical challenges.
- Collaborate with engineers, experts, and specialists across the radio organization, baseband, and ASIC development.
- Participate in design-lab activities involving HW and SW integration as part of the journey from concept to a final product solution.
- Contribute to continuous technical improvements and the development of radio products for 5G and the evolution toward 6G.
- Work with technical areas such as Control Algorithms, Passive Intermodulation Cancellation, and Antenna Calibration, depending on project needs and your background.
The skills you bring:
- An M.Sc. or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Embedded Software, Applied Physics, or an equivalent discipline.
- At least five years of professional experience, including at least one year of system-development experience.
- Experience with embedded systems and embedded software, together with practical experience in software development.
- Knowledge of HW architecture and HW design is beneficial.
- An interest in understanding how the pieces fit together to ensure an overall good solution.
- Motivation to take an idea from paper to a final product solution and to contribute to future technical challenges.
- An interest in hands-on design-lab work involving HW and SW integration.
- Self-motivation with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills and the ability to express yourself clearly in both spoken and written English.
