DIDO General Assistants | NSW Villages


Civeo is currently recruiting for multiple General Assistant roles at our stunning villages located in rural New South Wales, in the towns of Boggabri and Narrabri.

Working as part of a tight-knit team, you will assist across areas such as Housekeeping, Food and Beverage, Kitchen and more!

Roles are offered on a permanent, full-time salaried basis, or we have a select few casual roles offered to those local to Boggabri, Narrabri and other towns in close proximity.

Please note: No FIFO is available for these villages, and all roles are on a DIDO basis.

About the Ideal Candidate: 

  • Previous hospitality and/or remote experience 
  • Unrestricted Australian working rights - Note for those on a Working Holiday Visa, our NSW villages don't count towards regional work extension requirements.
  • Willingness to undergo background checking including pre-employment medical assessment and National Police Check.
  • Current Driver’s Licence 
  • Great communication, friendly service, team player, and thrive in a busy/energetic environment 
  • Flexible to work day and/or night shifts as required.

About the Process: 

  1. Complete a 5-10 minute video introduction via MyInterview (invite only) 
  2. Chat with our Recruitment team over the phone 
  3. Provide relevant documents and complete Civeo paperwork 
  4. Pass a Pre-Employment Medical Assessment (including drug/alcohol testing) 
  5. Sign contract and complete training (including face-to-face induction) 
  6. Join our team and get started on site!
