JOB DESCRIPTION: Virtual Assistant - Administrative/Personal Assistant
Position Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant / Personal Assistant to support our team. This role combines administrative work with light bookkeeping task that requires familiarity and proficiency with Xero and excellent communication skills
Duties and Responsibilities:
● Experienced in using Xero
● Bookkeeping management
● Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
● Schedule and coordinate staff and other meetings
● Answers emails in a timely manner
● File management
● Prepare communications, such as memos, emails, invoices, reports and other correspondence
● Write and edit documents from letters to reports and instructional documents
● Create and maintain filing systems
● Respond to service enquiries and requests
Requirements
Qualifications:
● Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
● Great attention to details.
● Highly organized with good attention to detail.
● Experience in establishing and maintaining effective administrative systems and processes.
● Ability to work autonomously and as a team member.
