As an Analyst/Associate within the Economics, Fixed Income and FX Strategy team, you will play a pivotal role in developing models and analytical frameworks to interpret key facets of financial markets and the economy. You will be an integral part of a vibrant environment, where your inputs will have a substantial impact on results and promote your career growth. Your responsibilities will include establishing strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders, promoting a culture of innovation and excellence. Job Responsibilities:

• Proactively meet the needs of clients and internal stakeholders
• Develop models for forecasting and analytics
• Process data and engage in programming tasks
• Write research notes, in-depth reports, and presentations

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

• Tertiary qualification in Economics, Finance, or a STEM discipline, ideally with honours
• Experience in an investment banking and/or markets research environment viewed favourably
• Outstanding communication skills for producing high-quality reports and presentations
• Familiarity with econometric and/or machine learning models
• Proficiency in data science skills, including programming in R, Python, and other languages
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

• Experience in developing analytical frameworks for financial markets viewed favourably
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
