This is a permanent opportunity for two superstars to join our Account Management team while getting the opportunity to go behind the curtain and experience all the Ogilvy pillars: Advertising/ Brand & Content, Ogilvy PR, Ogilvy Health, and Ogilvy One.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle day-to-day administration of the account, including internal and client WIPs, meetings, minutes, cost estimates and records.
  • Support the team in delivering large campaigns at speed and high quality – sourcing inspiration, researching, developing creative debriefs & production briefs, and coordinating timelines.
  • Ownership of projects with the support of an Account Manager or Account Director – digital briefs, research tasks, creative re-runs.
  • Keep the team informed on work in progress, recognising issues early and pre-empting them.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of the client’s brand and its competitive environment.
  • Work with internal stakeholders to get things done on time, on budget and at the right quality, including peers across departments and disciplines.
