THE OPPORTUNITY
We have an exciting permanent full-time opportunity for a Government & Enterprise Sales Lead to join our Sales, Solutions and Marketing Division based in Sydney, NSW.

The primary role of this person would be to lead and develop a team of Account Managers to deliver sustainable revenue, gross profit, new business, retention and customer outcomes across the assigned market. You will be accountable for team sales execution, performance, forecast and pipeline discipline, account-plan quality, customer advocacy and compliance within approved delegations, while managing an agreed personal portfolio where assigned.

Key Responsibilities: 
• Lead, coach and develop a high-performing sales team to achieve revenue, gross profit, pipeline, retention and growth targets. 
• Drive new business acquisition, customer retention and account growth through effective sales execution and territory planning. 
• Provide commercial leadership across opportunity qualification, solution positioning, negotiations, pricing governance and contract compliance. 
• Own forecasting, pipeline management and reporting, ensuring CRM accuracy and disciplined sales execution. 
• Build strong relationships with customers, industry partners and internal stakeholders to deliver exceptional customer outcomes. 
• Translate business strategy into actionable sales plans while fostering a collaborative, customer-focused and high-performance culture.

Skills & Qualifications
• Proven experience leading successful sales teams within Education, Government, Enterprise or other complex B2B markets. 
• Strong track record delivering revenue growth, customer retention and new business results through effective sales leadership and commercial decision-making. 
• Demonstrated success coaching, mentoring and developing sales professionals. 
• Expertise in solution selling, strategic account management and managing complex sales opportunities, ideally within IT services, managed services or automation. 
• Strong commercial and market acumen, with the ability to translate customer insights and market trends into sales strategies. 
• Advanced CRM, pipeline management, forecasting and reporting capabilities. 
• Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience with procurement frameworks, tenders, contracts and compliance requirements will be highly regarded.
